Care Instructions

Step 1 — Measure Your Dog First

• Measure your dog's neck circumference and chest girth using a soft flexible tape measure.
• Use the size chart to select the correct size: XS, S, M, MW, L, or XL.
• Always prioritise girth (chest circumference) as the primary measurement for accurate sizing.

Step 2 — Prepare the Harness

• Loosen all adjustable straps completely before putting the harness on your dog.
• Lay the harness flat and identify the neck loop, chest strap, emergency handle, and curved buckles.
• Let your dog sniff and inspect the harness to build a calm and positive association before fitting.

Step 3 — Fit the Harness

• With your dog standing or sitting calmly, slip the neck loop gently over their head.
• Guide the chest strap underneath the belly and around the body ensuring no straps are twisted.
• Fasten all curved buckles securely until each one clicks firmly into position.

Step 4 — Adjust for Proper Fit

• Tighten all straps evenly so the harness sits centred and snug across your dog's body.
• Two finger rule: slide two fingers under any strap comfortably but with firm resistance.
• Try to gently pull the harness over your dog's head to confirm it cannot slip off.
• Ensure the curved buckles are sitting flat against the body without pressing into the skin.

Step 5 — For Car Travel

• Place your dog in the back seat and attach the Universal Seat Belt to the harness D ring.
• Thread the seat belt through the harness loops or attach via carabiner clip to the back strap webbing.
• Never attach the seat belt to the leash ring as it is not designed to withstand crash forces.
• Buckle the seat belt and give a firm tug to confirm the connection is fully secure before driving.
• Your dog should have enough freedom to sit, stand, or lie down comfortably during the journey.

Step 6 — Attach Leash for Walks

• Clip your leash to the D ring on the back for comfortable and controlled everyday walks.
• Use the built-in emergency handle for quick lifts or guidance in unexpected situations.
• Perform a final pull test before heading out to confirm everything is fully secure.
