Exchange Window
You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
Showroom exchanges: We cover all shipping costs.
Website exchanges: Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
Unused and unworn
In their original packaging
With all tags and accessories included
What You Can Exchange For
Exchanges may be made for the same item in a different size.
If your preferred size is out of stock, you may:
Choose another color or style of the same item, or
Receive store credit for the exchanged item.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be exchanged:
Customized products
Personal care items
Clearance / final sale items
How to Request an Exchange
Please email us at info@yapstores.com with the following details:
Your website or showroom receipt number
The item(s) you are returning
The size(s) you need
Your return shipping address
Your email address if you’d like to receive tracking information
Once we receive your request, we’ll process your exchange promptly and reply via email with a payment link for any applicable costs.
