  • Items must be returned in AS NEW condition (no pet hair, debris, or wear).

  • Final Sale Items: All sale purchases, customized items, cashmere sweaters, or used items cannot be returned/exchanged.

  • Refunds: Not offered. Store credit or exchange will be provided.

  • Warranty: Select products include a 1-year limited warranty (normal use covered).

  • Shipping: Customers pay return shipping unless otherwise specified.
